To be Successful:
- Current AHPRA registration without restrictions
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a hospital or Residential Aged Care setting.
- NDIS orientation and screening check
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

About you:
As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to our patients. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and providing wound care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Other Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is not essential but highly desirable
