Peninsula Family General Practice is looking to fill the role of Practice Nurse (registered). Working closely with our amazing team of caring doctors, practice nurses and reception staff. Sense of humour is essential to the role.
We are looking for someone who is available 1 to 2 days per week (preferably Friday) but also has flexibility to work other days if required. This can be a casual or part time position.

Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Working with children check
- Competence in working with computers and IT systems
- General Practice nursing experience a bonus but not essential
- Immunisation certified.
This position may appeal to nurse wanting a change from the hospital system or newly graduated nurse that would like to work in a warm, friendly team environment. On the job training will be provided. The job includes duties but is not limited to:
- Health Assessments
- Triaging patients
- Immunisations/ Vaccinations
- Wound care and Infection control
- Assisting doctors with Mirena and Implanon
