We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced?Registered Nurse?for afternoon shifts in our Memory Support Unit. This vacant role requires a strong personality, that shows great leadership, fantastic communication skills with families, residents, and the team. We need an RN who can work within the team supporting the staff, can speak clearly and precisely to families, has experience with care plan reviews and restrictive practice. Not only will you have the support of a Clinical Care Coordinator and After-Hours Coordinator, but we also have lifestyle assistance in the evening. About You: Relevant nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration Relevant experience within residential aged care or healthcare Experience with providing care to those specifically with Dementia Experience with wound care, palliative care,?behaviour?management, assessments and care plans. Can complete care plan reviews in consultation with families and residents.
