Twilight Aged Care is a stand-alone not-for-profit service with a rich history spanning over 100 years.
Employing over 300 dedicated staff, they provide high quality residential aged care for more than 200 men and women in 5 homes across Northern Sydney – Gordon, Mosman, Dural, Hunters Hill and Gladesville.
The Role
A Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of quality nursing care to residents. Your duties include:
- Ensure the responsible implementation of medical and allied health order
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with staff, members of the health team, residents and their relatives
- Accept accountability and responsibility for own actions within nursing practices and maintain effective working knowledge of Twilight Aged Care policies and procedures
- Maintain contemporary professional knowledge and skills through participation in external and internal development activities
- Maintain accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing care, actions, and observations
- Effectively implement the philosophy and objectives for residential care and nursing services of Twilight Aged Care values of compassion, respect, integrity and commitment
- Possibility of progressing into a Clinical Care Coordinator role

- Opportunity for part-time work
- Candidates can select from the following shifts Monday to Friday
- Day Shift 07:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon Shift 14:45 - 22:45
- Night Shift 22:30 - 07:15
About you
Demonstrating experience in a similar role, you will have proven yourself as a Registered Nurse who treats residents in a respectful and courteous manner. Further, you will have:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- An up to date Police Check
- NDIS Clearance
- Have received COVID-19 Booster Vaccination
- Previous experience working in community or aged care would be highly regarded
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Night shift availability is preferred
