The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team on a permanent basis. As an integral member of the team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, wound care, and other nursing duties.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and comfort of residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in aged care nursing.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Aged Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
