The role:
In consultation with the Home Services Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to our ageing communities’ clinical care needs.
You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents within their own home to allow them to live independently.

Who we're looking for:
- You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
- You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged Care Services
- You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
- You’ll have a current drivers licence and fully insured vehicle
