Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling opportunity in aged care? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join the team at a values driven aged care facility in the Hunter region. The Care Manager will provide the support and guidance you need to excel in this role, contributing to the well-being of residents and maintaining a relaxed and homely environment.
Duties:
- Deliver person-centred care for residents and make a difference to their quality of life
- Provide high quality clinical care to the residents in line with aged care standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate multi-tasking and problem solving skills to resolve any issues relating to the provision of clinical and care service
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience:
- A passion and energy for aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
