About the role
- Deliver nursing care and clinical management to village residents and/or community clients.
- Promote holistic care, prioritizing the needs and rights of residents and/or clients according to Consumer Directed Care (CDC) principles.
- Provide health improvement education to residents and/or clients.
- Supervise a team of Personal Care Assistants, ENs, and Domestic Assistants, ensuring smooth daily activities and offering clinical leadership.
- Advocate and embody the LDK Values of Love, Decency, and Kindness.
About You
- AHPRA registration
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Minimum 2.5 years of nursing experience in Australia
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
