As a Registered nurse you will:
Conduct clinical assessments with a holistic approach to in-home patient care:
Provide clinical judgement, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client’s assessed needs.
Monitor chronic and palliative conditions.
Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
Monitor and assist clients to use continents devices and change the IDC and SPC.
Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support.
We are looking for someone who:
Can work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm - there is flexibility inside these days and hours
Holds an unrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum 2 years practicing as an RN
Has current First Aid and CPR certificates
Has full working rights to work unrestricted in Australia
A current Australian drivers licence and your own car with third party or comprehensive insurance
