What we need
We have a Permanent Part-Time opportunity for a highly skilled, motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse (Level 2) at our Port Sorell facility, Rubicon Grove.
As a Registered Nurse (Level 2), you will have an opportunity to:
- Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessments, medication administration, and provision of clinical care
- Formulate, maintain and review resident care plans and other documentation
- Ensure we are optimising our assessments, care planning and associated documentation
- Adhere to clinical compliance and promote excellence in clinical care
- Coach and mentor nursing staff
- Above all else, we want you to provide exceptional care to all our residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community.
