What you will doThe Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring: Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Who are you and what will you bring?
