A part time position is available for a Registered Nurse within the established and highly regarded Neurogastroenterology Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital. This is a predominantly clinical role with the nurse assisting and performing diagnostic tests within our department such as oesophageal and anorectal manometry but also to be involved in performing the therapeutic activities conducted in our department by performing biofeedback in patients with pelvic floor disorders. There would be some administrative component assisting with bookings and phone calls, emails, record keeping, production of reports etc.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcome.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required with some experience in Gastroenterology or Gynaecological nursing.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
