This way, you will be able to deliver high quality, clinical care instead of running from one crisis to another. They are fully accredited and have minimal incidents during night shift.

The Exciting Opportunity:
*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PERMANENT PART TIME 4 NIGHT SHIFTS EVERY WEEK ***
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Must be able to commit to permanent part time 4 nights shifts working Tuesday to Friday every week
- Responsible for the overall Clinical Care whilst on night shift within the facility and leading your team of Carers (including Med Comp Carers) and EN to deliver high-quality care
- Supervising and training the care team in the facility whilst on shift
- Dealing with falls - fall prevention and management along with incident reporting
- Delivering an effective handover to the morning shift
- Ensuring the use of Restrictive Practice is delivered within the correct clinical guidelines
- Working closely with resident's families - dealing with any queries or complaints
- Update care plans
- Undertake assessments where necessary
- Be proactive in identifying client's deterioration, reassessing and follow up to ensure goals and outcomes are updated and met with all necessary stakeholders or escalate
- Ensure delivery of outstanding Clinical Care is always the number 1 priority for the clinical team
- Medication administration
- Wound care
The Successful Candidate:
- Must be a current AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Must have residential aged care experience
- Focused on driving and delivering clinical excellence meeting aged care standards
- Current NDIS Clearance
- Covid/Flu Vaccination
