Opportunities have arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to work across all shifts within the Medical/Surgical Wards at a private hospital in regional NSW. Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Registered Nurse, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered within the clinic. You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to exceed the high standards of client care.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and work within a supportive and friendly team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA;
- Ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients;
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
- Strong customer service skills;
- A strong passion for client care and delivering high standards of customer-focused service;
- You will have exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a large Medical/Surgical hospital;
- National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months;
- Working with Children check.

$34.43 - $48.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in the Tamworth region, is a Medical & Surgical Hospital with a large Day Surgery Unit adjacent to the 3 operating theatres, a large procedure room, and a High Dependency Unit. The hospital specialises in orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, endoscopy, ophthalmology, gynaecology and rehabilitation.
The Surgical ward consists of Orthopaedics, Urology (including Robotics), Gynaecology (including Robotics), ENT, General surgery, Medical and Rehabilitation.
