What you'll be doing
Provide individualised excellent neonatal care within a health service environment to maximise the health outcomes for neonates, within a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes

Essential Requirements
Registration: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria * Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)

• Current neonatal experience in New Born or Paediatric experience..
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
• Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
• Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
• Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues
• Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal
