Albion Park Rail is a beautifully landscaped surrounded home in a quiet but central location with plenty of privacy and space. With 149 beds, we have residents from all walks of life and are happy to share their story.
The Role:In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to all resident clinical care needs. You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents residing in our aged care home to improve their quality of life.

Who we're looking for:
- You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
- You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- You’ll have availability to work Night Shifts
- You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Services
- You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
On boarding: If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program in Shell Cove. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care. Our On-boarding is held weekly.
