Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs during the Night Shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement night-specific care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous night nursing experience is highly desirable.
