Form of workWe are looking for a motivated and engaged RN to join our dedicated and friendly team.
Work collaboratively with a team of highly experienced GP’s, RN’s, reception staff and practice manager
A positive, friendly and fun working environment in highly reputable family practice at Kippa Ring/ Redcliffe, North Brisbane with easy access to public transport.
Includes such tasks:
Assist with patient triage and undertake preliminary diagnostic and first response care
Clinical duties including assisting with procedures, immunizations, wound management, ECG’s and collection of pathology samples
Chronic disease management including the development of Care Plans, Health Assessments and Comprehensive Medical Assessments
Preventative health activities including patient education and outreach
Maintenance of clinical equipment. Stock maintenance and ordering

Proven ability to be a positive, independent and collegial member of the team
Experience working within a busy General Practice and/or Hospital setting and an interest in developing comprehensive knowledge of General Practice nursing
Ability to manage and prioritize workloads
Current AHPRA Registration
