Registered Nurse

Sundale Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at James Grimes & Bowder Care Centre. This position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key responsibilities and main tasks for this role include:

• Delivering person-centred care, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and best practice guidelines.
• Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing care. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications / other requirements

• Current practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Current CPR certificate

• Pre-employment medical assessment

Casual positions available across a 7 day roster. Morning, afternoon & night shifts coverage.
