About the role
Paediatric nursing care and clinical competence expects the GH at HomeRegistered Nurse assess, plan, implement, evaluate, document and feedback patient response to therapeutic interventions to the Clinical Navigator and treating medical team.
The nurse utilises a caring, compassionate approach, is competent in family and patient education and in the use of specific paediatric technical equipment.
The role is required to develop strong working and collaborative relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team, complimenting and improving outcomes of existing care, systems and services
The Paediatric stream is the newest in the Grampians Health at Home program and the successful applicant will be expected to assist in the development and implementation of the evolving program with expanding into the regions and the diversity of the patients being cared for.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
