As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and have the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. You’ll put your expert relationship-building skills into practice and always demonstrate the core nursing values of patient-centred care, trust and respect in every interaction with patients, carers and colleagues. You‘ll be accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient’s plan of care, in partnership with the patient, their carers and other members of the health care team. You will be supported in your role as a nurse by all other nursing positions.
