This leading aged care is looking for passionate RN’s.
- Providing clinical assessment, decision-making, service co-ordination and clinical care with up-to-date care plans for residents
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high quality case management services through assessment and monitoring of each resident, in collaboration with the resident and their family.
- This position ensures changes in resident care needs managed along with notification to the ACFI Co-ordinator to reassess needs as and when required.
About the role and your duties include:
- Reporting to the care manager on the day-to-day operations in the facility and change of resident needs.
- Be a respected role model and leader of Assistants in Nursing and Aged Care Workers
- Provide input for the specific training needs of staff.
- Maintain a positive and pro-active relationship with family members/ representatives of all residents.
Key deliverables and Accountabilities:
- Current Registration as a Qualified Registered Nurse with the National Nurses and Midwives Registration Board (AHPRA)
- New Grads are welcome to apply for the role.
