Working as a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in providing high quality person centered clinical care to all residents in this aged care facility.Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included within daily decisions, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.About you AHPRA RN registration– ideally with experience within aged care Understanding of aged care standards & quality improvements Strong verbal and written communication skills Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system. Up to date Flu & Covid vaccinations Main Duties Provide excellent clinical care to residents. Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation. Ensure a safe home environment for all residents. Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation. Mentor, training & leadership of care team members.
