AddressWorking as a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in providing high quality person centered clinical care to all residents in this aged care facility.
Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included within daily decisions, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
About you
- AHPRA RN registration– ideally with experience within aged care
- Understanding of aged care standards & quality improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system.
- Up to date Flu & Covid vaccinations
- Provide excellent clinical care to residents.
- Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation.
- Ensure a safe home environment for all residents.
- Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation.
- Mentor, training & leadership of care team members.
