About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Registered Nurse with community or rehabilitation passion to join the Community Rehabilitation Team. The primary responsibility of this role is the provision of rehabilitation within a service that is goal directed and time limited. This position is part of an interdisciplinary team comprising of Allied Health Assistants (AHAs), Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, fellow Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists  and Social Workers. The role includes support/supervision of AHA's and undergraduate nursing students. Group facilitation and running group education makes up a significant portion of the role in cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, falls prevention groups and others. Skills or interest in the provision of telehealth or digital care would be an advantage. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic, highly professional and caring team.

Employment Type: This is a Part Time, Fixed Term (0.6FTE) 24 hours per week opportunity (12 months)
