Westmead Private Hospital is a 65 bed Rehabilitation Hospital that specialises in Rehabilitation for Neurological, Multi Trauma, Cardiac, Post Surgical, Complex Medical, Geriatric and Orthopaedics rehabilitation.
About the Role
We are currently seeking applications from Registered Nurses for Night Shifts (3 days a week) and looking at taking the next step in their career to join a highly skilled and dynamic team.
You will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive inpatient care with a commitment to high standards and clinical excellence aimed at improving patient outcomes in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures as well as supervision of care delivered by junior staff and students.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a fast pasted Medical / Rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Exceptional Time Management skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of working effectively in team environments by leveraging the ability to cooperate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver quality results.
- Current AHPRA Registration and demonstrated knowledge of current practices and trends.
