Salary- Employment Term: Permanent Part Time (48 hours per fortnight) & Casual Opportunities On offer
- Location: Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility
- Competitive hourly rates on offer - $35.41 - $44.16 p/hr depending on experience + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
- $2000 sign on bonus
- $5000 retention bonus paid at 6 months of employment
- $5000 relocation allowance (paid as reimbursements of actual costs incurred with receipts)
- Rural and remote allowance of $250 per fortnight for 3months

Your part in our BlueCare team
Working in the role of our Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility. You will apply your clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities that include:
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us?
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
