Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe and proficient clinical management and nursing interventions, aligning with recognised standards of practice.
- Supervising and overseeing staff practices to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
- Engaging residents, their families, and key stakeholders in the care planning process and decision-making.
- Leading the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.
Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care / general nursing
- Citizenship or residency in Australia.
