Asset Program Manager
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Asset Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing delivery of Remote Operations priority Asset Programs and projects/initiatives.
The role can be based in any of our WA offices.
Your role will include:
- Developing, scheduling, and implementing the Remote Operations Asset Priority Program, and other key projects/initiatives, focused on ongoing asset condition discovery, due-diligence and data gathering; immediate rectification of identified high risk safety issues; and informing risk-based asset investment.
- Managing the development of business case/s, project scope, work deliverables, budgets, and schedules for identified initiatives in line with the projects defined.
- Managing the procurement of equipment and delivery contract.
- Building relationships with the Remote Communities Division, Regional Service Providers and Works Delivery and SMEs across Horizon Power for seamless project design, delivery, and handover.
- Demonstrating visible safety leadership and ensure safety in planning, design, and project execution.
You will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) or Relevant Trade Qualification is essential.
- Eligibility for corporate membership of the Institution of Engineers Australia (desirable).
- Sound general knowledge of energy systems (SCADA, renewables, generation, and distribution).
- Sound knowledge of how new assets (including control systems) are tested and commissioned.
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory requirements in WA and their impact on Asset Management.
