Located in the East Victoria Park, we are seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
As one of the first points of contact for our clients and colleagues you will be well presented, friendly and well organised.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Greeting all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Attending to inquiries over the phone and in-person in a timely manner
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our front of the house, including liaising with internal staff
- Ensuring our front of the house is well presented at all times.
- Prepare and file documents in accordance with requirements
- Ensure all stationery ordering system and ensure stock levels are maintained
- General Administrative tasks and Adhoc duties
- Provide administration support to other team members
The successful candidate must possess the following essential attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Work experience in a similar role preferred
- Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Have a strong work ethic, be enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Have strong communications skills and high attention to detail
- Be able to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
