We have positions available for passionate clinicians to utilise their skills in our Aged Care Centre, in Sarah Claydon Village, Milton on the South Coast region, NSW.

The vacant shift shifts available are:
• Morning Shift - Monday to Sunday, 6:30am - 3:00pm (Week 1 & Week 2)
• Afternoon Shift - Monday to Sunday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Week 1 & Week 2)
• Night Shift - Tuesday & Wednesday - 10.30pm to 7:00am (Week1)

Your work may include:

• Providing clinical care
• Managing and supervising care workers
• Undertaking client assessments
• Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
• Providing treatment as required

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care centre environment
