I'm excited to bring this great opportunity to you. One of our favourite clients is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse | Scrub Scout to join their energetic and fun team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the operating room, working alongside renowned surgeons and healthcare professionals. Your expertise as a Scrub Scout will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
- Showcase your expertise as a Scrub Scout and contribute to the success of complex surgical procedures.
- Thrive in a supportive and inclusive workplace that values your passion and dedication.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrub Scout in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to the evolving needs of the operating room.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
- Current registration as a Nurse with the relevant licensing authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate qualification in preoperative nursing or relevant specialty area.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
