Nestled in a serene, lush rainforest setting minutes from the quaint township of Woombye and less than 80 minutes from Brisbane, the organisation offers quality aged care for elderly and disabled individuals in a caring, homelike atmosphere. They are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team.
Key Result Areas:
- Clinical care of all residents is timely, appropriate, and adequate.
- Documentation remains relevant and up to date, and care plans reflect input from residents, family, and direct and indirect carers
- Ability to provide appropriate care around Activities of Daily Living for all residents
Qualifications and Experience;
- Current AHPRA registration required
- Previous experience in Aged Care desirable
- Commitment to Continuing Professional Development and Training
