**Job Description:**
We are looking for a qualified Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a caring and dedicated nurse who can efficiently support our doctors and provide excellent patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care.
- Administer immunizations, medications, and wound care.
- Assist doctors during examinations and minor surgical procedures.
- Monitor and manage patient records.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Coordinate patient care with other health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in a general practice or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (including sterilization).
- Skills in emergency response and first aid.
