Flourish Holistic Services is looking for an experienced and exceptionalRegistered Nurse on casual basis to join our team at 20 Camphora StreetTarneit 3029.
Purpose of this role is to provide nursing care to patientsin a wide variety of healthcare settings and in the community.
This position will report to the Clinical Manager

Key Responsibility Area:
- Provide Complex Bowel Care.
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding & Management.
- Tracheostomy Management.
- Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling Urinary Catheter, in-out Catheter, Suprapubic Catheter).
- Ventilator Management.
- Subcutaneous Injections.
- Complex Wound Management.
- Management of Waste.
- Nursing Care plan.
- Continence assessment and Report Writing.
- Functional Assessment.
KPI’s
- Emphasis on participant satisfaction to increase the client retention rate.
- Frequent communication with the client whilst keeping the client informed and updated daily.
- You will be expected to reduce the session cancellation rate to a minimal.
Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Required:
To applyfor the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
- Ahpra (Nursing and Midwifery Board) Registration.
- Bachelors of master’s degree in nursing or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Able to adapt to new work environment easily.
- Flexible in meeting the operating hours expectation.
Hourly Wage Rate - $35.00 - $40.00plus superannuation
Business Operating Hours: Monday– Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
Location: 20 Camphora Street, Tarneit 3029
