Position:Registered Nurse
Experience Required: 2+ years in Aged Care
Pay Rate: $38-46 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to elderly residents with varying needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health, collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
- Support and assist the healthcare team in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Compassionate nature and dedication to providing excellent care.
