Term: (Full time, Part time, Fixed-term, Casual) 

Position:
Registered Nurse (Visa Sponsorship available)

Pay Scale: $48 - $131/hour.

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse at Capillary Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and develop individualised care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' health status, responding promptly to any changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' health records.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid AHPRA nursing license.
• Strong understanding of the physical and emotional needs of the elderly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
