Anglicare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodberry Village in Winston Hills, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centered care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being, and promptly responding to any changes or concerns
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
Shifts Available:
- Monday - Thursday: 06:30 - 15:00
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 06:30 - 15:00
- Monday and Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in aged care or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
