Form of workThis role will involve:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to individuals in the community.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Taking a leadership role in coordinating nursing and health care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
- Possession of a current NSW Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Computer literacy with email and other electronic record management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking, and analysis in daily practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize competing workloads within a complex environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing.
A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children check and undertaking a National police check.
