We are currently recruiting for suitably qualified Trainer & Assessors to deliver our Cookery & Hospitality Courses on a part-time, full-time & casual basis.
You must hold one or more of the following qualifications:
- Certificate III – IV in Commercial Cookery
- Certificate III – IV in Patisserie
- Diploma of Hospitality
In addition, you must hold one of the following training credentials
- TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
- either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and
- either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
We are looking for someone;
- A passion for Cookery, Hospitality and the experience and enthusiasm ability to share their knowledge and experience.
- Computer literate eg. word, excel, powerpoint and other related programs.
- Good interpersonal skills and knowledge to communicate and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.
- Sound understanding of Vocational Education principles.
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and can-do attitude.
