The
Registered Nurse/Midwife RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses and Midwifes willing to provide evidence-based person-centred nursing and/or midwifery services within the Port Lincoln Hospital and Health service.In this role, you will assess individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies. You will provide health promotion and education to patients/clients or groups and carers to improve the health outcomes of individuals, contribute to procedures for effectively dealing with people exhibiting challenging behaviours and use foundation theoretical knowledge and evidenced based guidelines to achieve positive patient/client care outcomes.Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or
