Registered Nurses – Aged Care | Mid North Coast

Unique opportunities exist for Registered Nurses to join the team at the Residential Aged Care facility located on the Mid North Coast. Permanent full-time and part-time positions are up for grabs.
POSITION OVERVIEW
What you’ll be doing in this role:

• You will be a clinical leader in the service and you will develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of the residents;
• You’ll need sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services;
• You’ll liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for the client's quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with AHPRA;
• You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in Aged Care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector;
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and a great time manager;
• You’ll be committed to contemporary Aged Care nursing practice;
• A National Police Check;
• Reference checks.

REMUNERATION
Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h).

The Residential Aged Care Facility on the Mid North Coast comprises 4 storeys. On the ground floor, there’s a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia A Registered Nurse is available round-the-clock, and various allied health professionals are accessible to cater to specific requirements. The facility offers a spectrum of care services such as permanent care, dementia care, and respite care.
