Key responsibilities:
- You support consumers to live a secure, dignified and rewarding life
- Ensure consumers are offered choice which is encouraged to promote their independence
- Ensure all consumers, their families and staff are treated with respect and dignity
- Complete assessments, documentation and care planning
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications
- Conduct wound assessments, dressing and notify Clinical Care team for reviews
- Appropriately consult with physicians and refer consumers to Allied Health professionals
- Complete assigned personal hygiene and direct resident care
- Meeting required Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance with all policies and procedures
- Guide and manage staff to deliver a leading aged care service that enhances the consumer’ experience
- Tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current Police Check
