Applications are being sought from experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Mental Health Nursing  

Rivendell Clinic is located in the North West Private Hospital Burnie on the picturesque North West Coast of Tasmania. We are a trauma informed 12 bed unit and would welcome someone who is enthusiastic about working in this area and willing to work alongside a well-established team.

You will be supported by experienced clinicians with training opportunities available. We also run dynamic inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.

We have monthly clinical supervision meetings and in-house academic programs.

 Essential Criteria:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Post graduate experience in Mental Health nursing
• Knowledge of contemporary Mental Health nursing

 Desirable Criteria

• Post graduate qualification in Mental Health nursing
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in specialist therapies like DBT, or willingness to work towards competence in these therapies.
• Proven people skills and commitment to customer focussed service delivery
