About the Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse or New Graduate, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care, Douglas.
Located at our Douglas facility you will work and learn alongside our high performing clinical teams to play your critical role in the delivery of exceptional quality care for all of our residents. You will be provided with a well-structured and supported mentorship program which will continue to further enhance your clinical and organisational skills needed for a successful career in health care.

Things that work for us:
Recently graduated (Registered Nurse) with AHPRA registration
Previous aged care experience as an Personal Care Worker (AIN) or clinical placements in an aged care setting is desirable but not essential
Ability to work across all shifts on an ongoing permanent full time or part time basis
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Vaccinated (and up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
