Registered Nurses & Professional Care Workers

Seeking expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses and Professional Carers located in Ballina, who will be responsible for providing personal care services to meet the needs of the residents. This care is provided as part of a holistic, person centered care model that takes account of resident's needs, whether physical, emotional, social or spiritual.Successful applicants would have:Bachelors in Nursing (registered) OR
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or relevant experience with other relevant certificate
Previous work experience as a care professional in an aged care or disability services environment
Experience in dementia care will be an advantage
Demonstrate excellent communication and display a high level of interpersonal skills
Be reliable, trustworthy, flexible and honest
