We are looking for Registered Nurses on a full-time or part-time basis at their facility in regional NSW. As a registered nurse you will inspire others while coordinating the provision of personalised care to the residents and take pride in delivering exceptional person-centred approach. This role will engage your leadership skills as you work closely with the clinical team to promote high-quality care principals.
You will currently be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Responsibilities
- Develop person-centred care plans
- Monitor behavioural management issues
- Oversee medication management system and processes
- Apply knowledge of wounds, pain, palliative, hydration, dementia care management
- Monitor clinical needs of residents, record and report symptoms and changes in resident’s conditions
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications in Nursing and importantly, a passion for making a difference to the lives of others. Having previously worked in an aged care or health setting for more than 1 year, you can hit the ground running. Not only are you resilient, enthusiastic and compassionate, you are also a team player who can work independently when needed. Communication is your strength, enabling you to converse effortlessly to a range of personalities.
