SalaryRubies Nursing is seeking experienced and compassionate, Hospitals, Mental Health, Theater, Midwives, Clinical specialists, and Emergency department nurses to provide exceptional care to patients and seniors in across Australian various regional locations in TAS, Northern Territory, and WA. As an Agency Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. We have short-term and long-permanent placement contracts and for those who want to relocate to Australia sponsorship is also available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in hospitals and mental health facilities, including but not limited to administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support and education on treatment plans and options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted APHRA Registration
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in hospitals or mental health facilities.
- Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to various locations and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays! or choose permanent placements.
