ABOUT THE ROLE
Kennedys Group is seeking Registered Plumbers to join our team at the Williamstown branch. We are looking for proactive individuals who can work collaborative within a team to service our clients with plumbing maintenance and projects across all aspects of general plumbing and roofing in the commercial and industrial space.
These daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- General maintenance including hot water repairs, blockages, and scheduled maintenance.
- Below ground Sanitary and drainage.
- Above ground sanitary and drainage.
- Backflow/TMV testing
- Project works including below ground civil works and fire service works.
- Roofing work (experience beneficial but not required)
Qualifications and Skills Required:
The successful candidate will be a Registered Plumber with experience in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, including installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
You will be able to work autonomously and manage jobs as directed. You will display effective communication skills and have an appetite for responsibility and taking pride in your work.
You will hold the below licenses:
- Certification in Plumbing from a recognised and accredited post-secondary institution.
- Manual driver's license.
- Working with children's check.
- Police Check.
- Working safely at Heights training.
- Permanent rights to work in Australia.
- Hold a valid Red or White card.
- Hold a valid scissor lift | EWP ticket up to 11 meters.
- Roofing experience (beneficial but not required).
