Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a fulfilling substantive position in Canberra? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join a Medical Practice, very established in the local area. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with a team of 3 dedicated doctors and another registered nurse in a small but growing clinical team.
Key Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessments, examinations, and treatments.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct health assessments, including vital signs monitoring.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Offer health education and support to patients and their families.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Qualified Practice Nurse with relevant certifications.
- AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and st rong organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
